Big news from the coop—Graham, our 4-year-old Pekin bantam hen, has become a mum!

After going broody with no sign of stopping, we gave her a chance to hatch some eggs from Primrose and Aaron—and she’s outdone herself with 5 beautiful lavender Pekin chicks!

Even more special—Pablo, the cockerel of our main flock, is not only Graham and Aaron’s dad, but also these chicks’ grandad. That means we now have three generations of our gorgeous Pekin family here at the farm!

Did you know? A broody hen will sit patiently for 21 days, only leaving her nest briefly to eat, drink, and stretch—true dedication!
